‘A second can be life-changing’: Twin brother and sister, 23 months, fighting for their lives after being found unconscious in a family pool – with police revealing parents looked away briefly

Two youthful twins are battling for their lives after their mom discovered them submerged in a back yard pool.

Charli and Robbie Manago – matured 23 months – were oblivious when their mom Fleur Manago pulled their dormant bodies from the pool of their Kellyville Edge home, in Sydney’s north west, on Tuesday night.

Their dad Robert Manago raced to her side and was helped by a neighbor who performed conceivably life-sparing CPR on the youthful youngsters until the point when paramedics arrived and assumed control.
